You may not want or need to be physically based at The Media Centre, but you can still benefit from the use of our prestigious Huddersfield business address and / or professional call handling services. 

Virtual Office packages offer the advantage of a professional address address at a fraction of the cost of an office are is ideal for start-ups, home workers, launching new business locations and non-desk-based businesses.

We offer 2 packages so you can choose what best suits your business, with the flexibility to amend the service with only 1 months’ notice.

We also offer a Registered Address service which can be taken in addition to a Post or a Post & Phone package at £33.00 (+vat) per annum

Post: £27.50 (+vat) per month

Post & Phone: £82.50 (+vat) per month

(Pay monthly packages are provided on a monthly rolling term with a 1 month notice period)

Pay annually for your package and reduce your costs

Post: £300.00 (+vat) per annum

Post & Phone: £990.00 (+vat) per annum

  • 1 day’s free desk hire per month in our Flex hot desk and co working space

  • A 50% discount on further Flex hot desk hire each month

  • Invitations to all social, networking and knowledge sharing events hosted by The Media Centre

  • The opportunity to have your business name displayed s in The Media Centre Reception

How to set up a Virtual Office package:

If you would like to set up a Virtual Office package, you can do this by completing in full the Virtual Office Application Pack and submitting this to us at reception along with the 2 documents of ID as detailed within the information included in the pack and by making a deposit payment of 2 months service charge (+VAT) for your chosen service.

You can collect an application pack from us at reception or we can email a copy for you to print upon request. Yu can also download this to print and complete at the ‘VO Application Pack’ button below

Set up generally takes up to 2 working days from receipt of the fully completed application form with all supporting documents

Please note: when submitting your application;

  • The 2 documents of identification can only be submitted by email IF they are certified.

  • If the 2 documents of ID are being submitted at reception, they must be submitted by the person they are for. If the documents are being presented on the behalf of a person who is not present, they must be certified

  • The direct debit mandate must be submitted as an original copy with a wet signature. This document cannot be emailed.
