New Design Thinking

Designers, consultants and graduates are taking the leap into service design or ‘business transformation’. It’s a hot topic and a growing industry. What Could Be are focused on delving into what that means for the design agency sector and sharing powerful insights with designers and their clients.
This short introduction to service design highlights how good design of brand, product and environment is no longer enough. We need to extend the power of design thinking to services, processes and experiences.
We invite you to join us to debate the future of design agencies and how they can benefit from service design.
If a designer can design a business card, can they not use a similar thinking process to help design a business?
Presented by Lesley Gulliver and Darren Evans, What Could Be
